Student Recognition |
Shiloh students are recognized on their birthdays, for academic achievement, good citizenship, perfect attendance and just for being themselves.
Teachers also recognize good work and behavior in the classroom in additional ways

Principal's Honor Roll
Straight A - Honor Roll of High Achievement
Students receive award gift certificates in their report cards. Students' names are displayed on the Honors bulletin board in the front hall as well as published in the Red, White, and Blue newsletter. |

Honor Roll
Any combination of A and B - Honor Roll of Excellence
Student receives award gift certificates in their report cards. Students' names are displayed on the Honors bulletin board in the front hall as well as published in the Red, White, and Blue newsletter. |

Perfect Attendance
Students receive award gift certificates in theirr report cards. Students' names are displayed on the Honors bulletin board in the front hall as well as published in the Red, White, and Blue newsletter. |

NBA (Never Been Absent)
Students' pictures are displayed on a NBA bulletin board in the front hall each nine weeks. |

Patriot Citizenship Award
Two students from each class who show the "Shiloh Way" during the grading period receive award gift certificates in their report cards.. |

Caught in the Act
Students who show the "Shiloh Way" at any time are recognized on our morning news show. The student’s picture is posted on the Caught in the Act bulletin board in the front hall.. |

Student Birthday
Students may be recognized on their birthday. Individual student birthday parties are prohibited. Please do not send goodie bags, balloons, flowers, or party invitations to school. A birthday class snack/treat may be arranged with the classroom teacher. Teachers will decide when the snack will be served. These snacks/treats must be delivered to the front office. Snacks should be limited to one item like cupcakes or cookies. Boxed drinks may also be sent. No sodas are allowed. Large sheet cookies and cakes should be pre-sliced. Some parents may choose to send in a check to buy ice cream for the entire class for their child's birthday. |

School wide, the staff of Shiloh Elementary wishes to formally recognize students for their annual academic performance, citizenship, and perfect attendance.
